Learning Intentions:

I can talk about how to read with expression

I can understand why it is important to read with expression

Expressive Reading 2

Choose one of the pieces of writing from the pieces that are available at school.

Think about how you will make the piece sound interesting to the class.

Remember to use expression, look at your audience at times and maybe use some gestures.

I have included the Learning Intentions because this is part of each lesson.

Reading -  15 minutes each night. 

Please fill out the Home Reading Log and return after every 20 books read.

Spelling - write out the 5 words, complete the phoneme fingers and the spelling activity. 

This week draw a picture of each of the words and write it out.

Maths - complete the Maths activities in the homework book - Mark on Thursday night when the answers will be added to the Year 2 class blog.
